Great location in the ski area, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and clean facilities.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant, for which we are thankful. Breakfast is ok.

The furniture is old and shabby. Besides the room is equiped very poor.Hot water runs out in 10 minutes, in the night there is no hot water at all. All in all the hotel highly needs renovation.

We are staying in Hotel Trento almost every year since 1996. I must say it is worth the money you pay 100%. It is very difficult to find a hotel nearby with such a comfort. The siitnig area in the bar is made in such a way that you feel at home even if you are with children of vompany of 10 friends. There is no felling of train station waitnig hall as im many other hotels. You can forget about your children and in the same time they wll be very safe either in main hall or in mini-club (which is very big actually). The rooms (we normally have juniour suite 205) is very big with separated sleeping/sitting areas. Enourmous French windows and electronic shutters. When children were small we were still comfortable four of us in a room. Sanitary facilities are always clean, and you have bide in every bathroom. Swimming pool is I think biggest among local hotels. The food is excellent, that is I think one of the main reasons, we usually go to this hotel and not to France. Value for money in this hotel is the best.

Maybe management can add shower cabins in all the rooms. They are istalled in some, not all.

The breakfast and dinner were really generous, and the staff was helpful and kind. It was a good value stay. the key location of the hotel was nice because it was close to the main attractions of the city, and the room was spacious and pet-friendly.

Some of the facilities were not well-maintained, and the pool area was a bit crowded. , the heating in the room was overpowering, and it was difficult to adjust the temperature.

The hotel has a convenient location and offers free parking and Wi-Fi. The staff is helpful and kind, always offering assistance when needed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

The breakfast could have been improved, offering more variety and fresh options. The pool area is small and can get crowded easily, making it difficult to use.

This ski hotel offers comfort & convenience with close proximity to skiing slopes. Rooms are generously sized with separate sleeping/sitting areas & electronic shutters. The food is excellent! The big sitting area & mini-club area provide something for everyone.
